If I could rate the customer service department less than 1 Star, I would! After going through the self check out, I realized the price of 6 items was incorrect. I went to double check the price of the items before going to customer service for a refund. At customer service, I was told the price was correct, I said that it was not correct and asked them to physically go and look at the price of the items. I was told that I needed to redo it myself and take photos for her. I did not have my cell phone charged to do it. I asked for a manager but was refused. She then got on the phone and called someone to do it but I overheard her say that I was complaining about a few dollars and was difficult. It was not a few dollars! She had also miscalculated the difference of of the items and I had to do the math for her. She finally called someone that could actually help me. Please double check the price of your items and use an actual cashier so that you can delete the items immediately without having to use their customer service or simply use another home improvement store.
